Report and Data from California-Great Basin Water Quality Investigations Special Study: Exploring Flow and Water Quality Relationships Between the Interior Southern Delta and the San Joaquin River at Vernalis
This study uses publicly available flow and salinity data for water years 2006 to 2024 to evaluate simple linear regressions between compliance locations on the San Joaquin River and Old River. Contains the final report, R scripts, and data necessary to recreate the analyses for a special study investigating the relationship between salinity concentrations in the southern interior Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta, CA and flow and salinity concentrations of the San Joaquin River upstream at Vernalis.
