Whiskeytown Lake and Dam

Whiskeytown Dam is an earthfill dam on Clear Creek, a tributary of the Sacramento River. The dam is located about 6 miles west of Redding, and impounds Whiskeytown Lake on the southern flank of the Trinity Mountains.
