Phillips Lake and Mason Dam (PHL)

Mason Dam is a rolled-earth and rockfill structure and was constructed from 1965 to 1968. The dam impounds Phillips Lake and is located on the Powder River. The dam is located approximately 17 miles southeast of Baker City, Oregon. Columbia Basin Teletype (CBTT) = PHL.
