Data and script for S&T Project 19225
This zipfile contains the dataset and analysis put together as part of the S&T project 19-225: Quantifying Fish Biomass X Distance from Environmental DNA Samples in a Hydrodynamically Complex Environment. Scripts for analysis and derived dataset can be read and run in the R statistical programming language (https://www.r-project.org/). The “artemis” R package developed under this project is open-source, and will be or is available via the Comprehensive R Archive Network (CRAN), and can be installed from within R via install.packages("artemis"). The latest development version and source code is also available via GitHub at https://github.com/fishsciences/artemis. Descriptions for each subfolder are as follows:
• Data_raw: Raw dataset collected for the study, with associated metadata.
• Data_tidy: Processed or derived datasets in format readable in R (done through R script in the R folder).
• R: Folder that contains R scripts used to conduct the analyses seen in the final report.
• Results: Folder where model or analysis output will be placed when R script is run.
