Reclamation Information Sharing Environment (RISE)

Judge Francis Carr Powerplant is a peaking plant which is dedicated first to meeting the energy requirements of the project facilities. The remaining energy is marketed to various preference customers in northern California. The Judge Francis Carr Powerhouse has two generators with a total capacity of 154,400 kilowatts.
