Reclamation Information Sharing Environment (RISE)

The project continued development and maintenance of a compendium of scientific literature on invasive quagga and zebra mussels. Literature collected from a variety of sources and organized into a reference library containing citation information to facilitate generation of bibliographies. Custom tags were added to items in the library to aid in identification of relevant literature on topics of interest. Particular focus was placed on the impacts of mussels on infrastructure and the environment, methods for control of mussels, and how mussels are spread and where they may become established. The project created a resource to allow rapid identification of, and access to, literature on invasive mussels related to Reclamation priorities.
