Report from S&T Project 20009: Power System Instrumentation
Newly available off-the-shelf parts and systems have made it possible for Reclamation to develop and piece together instrumentation that can be used to diagnose and monitor synchronous machines and auxiliary equipment directly impacting O&M practices and capabilities. Some equipment produced with this research has had immediate returns to Reclamation and some equipment needs additional work before being adopted in Reclamation’s facilities.
